Strata Wealth Advisors is a wealth management firm that helps affluent people grow and protect their assets. Their custom, holistic approach navigates the many complex layers of estate and financial planning.

They acquired a new office space and due to the affluent nature of their clientele, needed a sophisticated office aesthetic with the look of high-end office furniture in Dallas. Notice we said, “the look.” Being the smart wealth managers that they are, they wanted their modern office furniture to be as affordable as possible.

First, our commercial space planner created an office layout design with four private office furniture sets and desk furniture for an open concept office area. All rooms have office storage cabinets and shelves to contain the file-heavy nature of their work, and space for client chairs.

We placed L-shaped desks with storage into 2 private offices and the collaborative office space. The remaining 2 directors’ offices were large enough for a U-shaped desk with hutch.

Once they approved the office space plan we worked with our custom office furniture factory to produce a luxury look at a pennywise price. Everything needed to match, as the entire space would be client facing.

Following modern office design trends, you can never go wrong with white & silver desks – and that’s exactly what we did. A simple white laminate desktop floats on silver square steel frame desk legs, with frosted modesty panels. Satin nickel drawer handles complete the look of these stylish desks.

We added 18” frosted glass privacy screens to the open office desks, and echoed the white office palette in the mobile pedestals, office credenzas, wall mounted storage units and adjustable bookshelves.
