The Piedmont Group was founded in 1999 and provides insurance programs to companies and individuals in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, among other states across the country.

Our client was undergoing an office expansion, and since we sell, deliver, and install office furniture in Maryland, we were afforded the opportunity to furnish their new office space. The scope of the project included an office reception space, an office with two private cubicles and an open office area with five office workstation cubicles.

Their existing office color palette consists of creamy grey office carpet tiles, white walls, and black window frames that articulate beautiful mountain views, in what some may call the perfect office setting.

To echo the snowy mountain scenes, our office space planners opted for a combination of dark grey office cubicle panels and white cubicle desktops as a continuation of their already established office color scheme.

A modern reception desk awaits employees and visitors at the entrance, looking ravishing against the picture-perfect view. The cubicle desks in that space were arranged in such a way that the cubicle panels demarcate the reception area, without the use of permanent office walls.

All cubicle office stations in this project have large L shaped desks and tall cubicle walls with windows, except for the cubicle desks in the corner office.

Here we specified low cubicle walls for the cubicle workstations against the office windows to facilitate the flow of natural light, achieving a great office space for visitors and employees alike to spend their day.
