For their office space in Texas, our client asked us to create a collaborative office space that was designed and built out in two stages. For both phases, we had to create cubicle layouts for maximum space efficiency.

In the first phase, we developed office space plan to accommodate Marketing and Sales, the Network Operations Center (NOC), and the Security Operations Center (SOC). 

The marketing and sales teams required an abundance of desktop surface areas for dedicated task work, so our office space planners designed clusters of large, l shaped cubicles that provide plenty of it. The workstations were equipped with under desk storage, in the form of mobile pedestals with cushion tops, offering an extra seat if needed. 

High cubicle walls in the cluster spines divide office space into smaller areas. We also added low cubicle walls at the entry of each cluster with frosted office screens, to further divide the cubicle workstations.

Because the amount of available office space was substantially less than desirable for the NOC and SOC units, we were forced to take a different design approach. Our office space planners opted for a straight desk design for the cubicle desk setup in the second phase. Dual monitor arm mounts were used to free up the limited desk surface space and frosted desk screens create sufficient privacy for focus work.

The furniture color palette is composed of Anchorage Onyx for the office cubicle panels, desk legs, and mobile pedestals, and Satin Stainless white for the desktop surfaces. This contrasting combination of material colors and finishes delivered a sleek, yet sophisticated office look for everyone to enjoy.
