It comes with a ballistic nylon outer back and inside back insets that are resistant to impact damage. This model features an all new VL fold up arm to accommodate users that wear equipment belts, such as police officers and 911 operators.

You'll receive your Big and Tall Office Chairs right at your doorstep via UPS/FEDEX Ground, with tracking provided. If you order 5 or more, we may need to ship the items differently (Curbside or Freight) and will contact you before shipment if we need to make special arrangements. Ordering 25 or more? ASSEMBLY:

Your Big and Tall Desk Chairs will ship with illustrated instructions, making assembly manageable for relatively handy consumers. We recommend using 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly.
