A T-Shaped configuration easily creates 2 or more modular office room dividers with doors. Additional T’s can be specified into one long multi office configuration. Since each individual office shares a dividing glass wall you can achieve two distinct benefits: intraoffice transparency and shared-wall cost savings.

This configuration of modular walls panels can convert one long rectangular area into two or more private offices with separate entrances. It’s fully compatible with our O₂™ corporate office furniture for a consistent, professional looking office design interior.

85”H dividing walls (7’8”) are ideal for office interiors with low ceilings that have exposed building systems (pipes, ducts, lighting, etc.) or for spaces where you prefer a little extra air flow over top. Go Higher with Series 9!

Estimated pricing is for non-powered, non-tackable office panels and metal office doors only, configured as pictured. Blue tinted areas on the 3D schematics indicate glass. Any desks, seating, or storage shown is sold separately.

These interior office walls are not freestanding and must be connected to each other, run no longer than 10ft, and attach securely to a fixed wall with O₂™ hardware components to stand safely. Perpendicular attachment at 90 degrees only.

FEATURES:

All O₂™ office wall panels are 2” thick with adjustable height leveling furniture floor glides and detachable 5”H base covers on both sides of the panel that conceal data wire management. Full length steel hanger rails have slots at 1” increments for hanging O₂™ components (purchased separately).

O₂™ is a demountable wall system with straightforward “connect-snap-screw” assembly and offers tax advantages since demountable walls are considered section 179 office furniture.

Feature upgrades include custom sizes and configurations and integrated systems office furniture solutions including electrical raceways and storage components. Freestanding office furniture is easily accommodated.

COLORS & MATERIALS:

These modular office walls have precision engineered powder coated steel frames in black, white, or silver, and a painted-to-match metal office door with glass sidelight. The office door lock system is a lever lock set with keyed entry on the outside, and a thumbturn lock on the inside.

The fabric partitions panel core (innards) is a corrugated, honeycombed paperboard covered on the front and back with 1/8” medium density fiberboard – keeping the panels lightweight and sound absorbent. The fabric panel has multi-colored threads of beiges and greys - super simple, neutral, and easily matched.

Glass panel and plexiglass partition panels are transparent/clear. Full length panels or areas low to the ground use plexiglass for its lighter weight, resilience, and break-proof characteristic. Higher areas (like transoms) use real glass for cost savings.

Finish upgrades include: additional paint colors, fabric colors and patterns, tackable or acoustic panel fabric , solid color or woodgrain laminates for panel partition walls & doors, a framed hinged office door with glass (clear or frosted), your choice of left or right swing specification, and keyed-alike locks with a master key for the door handles.

Final fabrication and assembly of this product is considerably domestic and consistent with comparable office furniture made in the USA. It is UL Listed, NEC Approved, and Class A Fire Rated.

This is a CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER ITEM. Return/replacement claims are accepted only UPON DELIVERY for damages and/or defects, no other returns can be accepted.

SHIPPING:

Your Modular Office Walls are shipped to our local warehouse via a large tractor trailer truck.

Upon receipt our warehouse crew will inspect for shipping related issues then call you to schedule a convenient time to deliver and install.

Whenever you are ready the crew will reload products onto a smaller local delivery truck and bring them to your site, at which time our team of professionals will unpack, inspect and stage the products in preparation for installation. They will also dispose of all packaging materials, which is often considerable.

If you opt for self-installation, you should have either a forklift and/or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel capable of unloading such items. You will be responsible for ensuring the packages received are in accordance with your order.  You will be responsible for discarding all packaging materials.

Dock Deliveries are not scheduled.  They can arrive at any time during normal business hours.  Truck drivers do not unload. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you will incur a re-delivery or a wait time fee.

A prescheduled delivery appointment may be requested for an additional fee.

ASSEMBLY:

Once your delivery and installation (D&I) appointment has been set our crew will prepare your shipment as described above.

Local D&I services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.  They are quoted at Non-Union rates and assume ground floor or elevator access. If your delivery requires stairs, non-business hours, or union labor, ask your project manager for a special quote.

If you opt for self-installation, we recommend using at no less than 2 capable people.  Before you begin the assembly confirm that you have all parts and hardware, and do not throw away any packaging until you have successfully completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches. You'll also be asked to sign our self installation agreement upon order confirmation.
