Our curved reception station has integrated power options (for details contact our specialized representatives), it is equipped with a cable management system allowing for a tidy workspace. Cords can be neatly routed. Its acrylic desk panel allows light to pass through, creating an open and inviting atmosphere in the reception area.
COLORS & MATERIALS:
This desk has thermally fused laminate surface and transaction top, prized for durability and easy upkeep. PVC protects edges and enhances aesthetics. Lower dividers use strong, easy-to-clean high-pressure laminate. Upper dividers have frosted acrylic keeping an inviting vibe with subtle separation. Choose from chic color options: Data, Eclipse, Ginger, Grigio, Hard Rock Maple, Rustik Cherry, Silverwood. PLEASE NOTE: Colors may vary due to monitor differences – CONTACT US for accurate samples.
CERTIFICATIONS & WARRANTY:
Your office reception desk is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original user owns the product, or twenty-five years in the case of a corporation or institution. The warranty covers normal wear and tear and does not cover chips, scratches, negligence or damage which occur during or after installation in a normal office or institutional environment.

Your Office Reception Desk will be DOCK DELIVERED (palletized and shipped via large freight truck). Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. A predelivery call is not guaranteed, but may be requested. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER.
If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship the freight to our local delivery crew who will receive and inspect your order, then call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment during normal business hours. This service may add 2-5 business days to the delivery date.
ASSEMBLY:
Your ADA Compliant Reception Desks will ship with illustrated instructions, making assembly possible for skilled consumers experienced with furniture assembly. We recommend using at least 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches. If the thought of “parts, pieces, dowels and cam locks” terrifies you, select our “Fully Assembled” option and then sit back and relax. Our qualified team will receive the shipment for you, call to schedule an appointment to deliver and assemble the items in your room of choice, and dispose of any trash/packaging. These services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, are Non-Union rates, and assume ground floor or elevator access.
