After acquiring an office in New York, they partnered with us to develop a contemporary corporate interior design in the pre-war building. We proposed simple, all white office furniture for their modern industrial office of exposed ceilings, brick walls, and original hardwood floors.
We dedicated half of the office square footage to an open concept office design with collaborative furniture. Ten 6-person workstation desks run perpendicular to the windowed walls, letting light shine across the white desk tops and electrical hardware to run underneath, tied into building power.
This desk layout is a very simplified version of office benching, similar to people working together at a conference table. There are no dividers or other accessories to define individual workspace other than a file box on wheels and an affordable ergonomic chair.
We specified a modern tempered glass office desk with pedestal for the manager’s office. For visitor seating, white guest chairs with wooden legs look incredibly similar to the very famous Herman Miller Eames molded chairs but come at a fraction of the price.
In the meeting spaces, white conference room tables paired with white leather office chairs create a heavenly elegance and design continuity throughout the executive office spaces.
Our office interiors team had a great time furnishing these industrial style offices.
