Statement
22KILL is a nonprofit organization raising awareness of the suicide rates for veterans, first responders, and their families. Their main objective is to lower those rates through public education, community networking, and mental health counseling.
As part of an office renovation, the client wanted an office buildout solution for 3 private offices where they could meet with local veterans and first responders in need. They wanted glass office fronts for transparency and a welcoming “open door” vibe. It was imperative that our office interiors team provide a practical budget office solution that would be both aesthetically pleasing and functional for years to come.
Instead of working with our standard glass office walls we used modular walls from our O2 Corporate Office Furniture Series. 107”H fabric cubicle panels, plexiglass partitions, and glass office door panels achieved a similar result for a fraction of the cost.
The fabric office partitions along the back and intra-office walls provide visual division, sound absorbency, and electrical and data cabling. Meanwhile the plexi partitions for the office fronts give the clarity and contemporary interior design they were hoping for.
Being a modular office system, we were able to integrate simple desk surfaces and steel desk legs into the office panels for a complete office setup. Opting for Quick Ship finishes from our Budget Program, we had everything manufactured and ready to ship within two weeks.
The sophistication of this project lies in its simplicity. The success lies within its pricepoint.
